Hello! I'm Pegah! I'm a mindfulness coach, breathwork and meditation facilitator, and reiki practitioner, and I am incredibly passionate about helping women find their purpose and achieve emotional healing. For me, empowering others through my expertise in holistic practices is not just a job; it's a way of life.
As a seasoned traveller, I've been fortunate enough to draw on a wealth of experiences from around the world to inspire and guide my clients. I've found that incorporating these unique perspectives into my work has helped me connect with women on a deeper level and provide more meaningful support.
My approach is gentle and compassionate, and I believe in helping women tap into their inner wisdom and connect with their true selves. I'm here to help you reduce stress, overcome anxiety, and unlock your full potential. Whether you're just starting your journey toward healing or looking for additional support, I have the tools and knowledge to guide you toward a more joyful and fulfilling life.
JILA | Private Vegan Chef
Hi, I'm Jila - a vegan chef, creative soul, breast c**** survivor, ECE teacher, and retreat chef. My passion for healthy, plant-based cooking and creativity has led me to explore different cuisines and experiment with unique flavour combinations.
As a breast cancer survivor, I have come to understand the importance of self-care and nourishing the body with wholesome, nutrient-dense foods. I believe that food should taste good and make you feel good.
In addition to my culinary pursuits, I am also a certified ECE teacher and love working with children. I bring my creativity and passion for healthy living into my classroom, creating fun and engaging learning experiences for my students.
As a retreat chef, I have had the pleasure of cooking for individuals seeking a peaceful, rejuvenating experience. I enjoy creating menus that are not only delicious but also nourishing for the mind, body, and soul.
MAHTAB | Reiki Practitioner
Hello there, my name is Mahtab, and I am a Reiki Practitioner and Mindfulness student. I have always been fascinated by the mind-body connection and the power of healing through alternative therapies.
As a Reiki Practitioner, I have been trained to help people balance their energy, reduce stress and promote healing. It is a joy to see my clients leave their sessions feeling lighter, more grounded, and with a sense of peace.
I am also a single mom, and as a single mom, I have had to balance my work as a practitioner and my responsibilities as a parent. It has not always been easy, but my daughter motivates me to keep growing and learning. She has taught me the importance of patience, perseverance, and unconditional love.
Overall, I feel incredibly blessed to be able to do work that I am passionate about and to be able to share the benefits of Reiki and mindfulness with others.
