I’m Pegah — a Nervous System & Attachment Coach supporting women

who want to experience deeper safety within themselves and in their relationships.

For many years, I held healing spaces for women through moon circles, retreats, breathwork, and ceremonial practices. These experiences were powerful, connective, and meaningful — yet my understanding of healing became more refined through my own journey, particularly within intimate relationships.

As I navigated attachment patterns, emotional safety, and the subtle ways the nervous system shapes how we relate — both to ourselves and to others — one truth became clear:

Secure connection doesn’t begin with another person.
It begins with the relationship we have with ourselves.

When the nervous system feels unsafe, self-trust weakens.

We may overthink, disconnect from our needs, or stay guarded to protect ourselves. Love can start to feel intense, confusing, or emotionally exhausting — even when there is genuine care present.

My work supports women in gently unwinding these patterns by restoring safety in the body and strengthening the relationship they have with themselves.

From this place, connection no longer feels like something to manage or survive — it becomes

a space of ease, clarity, and grounded presence.

Today, I help women soften out of survival mode and into calm, secure relating — where love feels steady, embodied, and nourishing rather than activating or draining.

My approach blends nervous system regulation, attachment-informed coaching, embodiment practices, and mindful awareness — all held in a grounded, culturally sensitive, and deeply human way.

This work is not about fixing yourself.
It’s about coming home to yourself — and allowing connection to meet you there.
