For all the moments I stayed quiet when I wanted to scream. I let it out. Not to be dramatic, but to stop holding what was never meant to stay inside.

No wiping it away. No, I’m fine. Just letting the tears come as they needed to. Without explanation.
✨Sound healing.
It held me when words couldn’t. It softened the tight places inside me, helped me release what I didn’t even know I was holding.
✨Touching my own body with love.
Not for anyone else. Just me, holding my heart. Placing a hand on my belly and telling my body I’m here, it’s okay now.
