Private 1:1 Breathwork Session

Location: High Park Residential Area, Toronto (Exact address will be emailed to you after registration) Experience the power of breathwork in a safe and loving space. Take an inward journey to self-discovery. You will feel supported and safe to feel and express yourself and all your emotions.
 What is included: * 1:1 Consultation * 1:1 Psychedelic breathwork * Meditation * Journaling * Herbal tea The session is approximately 2 hours with the breathwork portion itself ~1 hour. Please be aware that when you select your booking date and make the payment, the date is not confirmed or guaranteed; it serves merely as a placeholder. If the selected date is unavailable, we will promptly reach out to you with alternative dates for confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

*20% of the ticket price is the deposit, and it's non-refundable. After 30 days before the start of the retreat, no refunds are available for cancellations, including for reasons related to Covid-19. A full refund is provided if our workshop/retreat is cancelled due to Covid-19 or other reasons.
